Padres Mexican Restaurant, Loveland

I wanted to put down Zero stars, but One is the lowest I can get. The food is ok, but the service is bad. Wife went to the Padres Mexican Restaurant today to order (in-person) food to go. She asked for me a steak burrito with everything in it and some enchiladas for herself. When she got home, the order were wrong. She received the same thing as I did, a tortilla wrapped around a steak with bean and rice sides. There was nothing inside the burrito . My wife contacted the restaurant to notify them of the order error. After trying to explain it to the receptionist, she was finally passed to the owner. The owner became very defensive and blamed the mistake on my wife. He also stated that this is America and not Mexico. Who knows why he would say something like that? We paid a little over $10 for each meal w/ no drink. It was a bad experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. I was a loyal patron to this place, but they just lost us. Very rude owner and didn t apologize after my wife pointed out that we were not attacking him nor his staff. We just called to informed him what had happened. Becareful going there.
