Sweet Basilico Cafe, Estes Park

Lousy service, took over 60 minutes to get order. Food was very small portions. 45 minutes to get appitizer.

Worst Italien I've ever had - Don't understand what all the rage is about, unless people have lost their tastebuds and common sense. - The restaurant is a food inspectors nightmare - cooks not wearing gloves, no heating lamps to keep the food warm, filthy floor, dirty glasses and silverwear, bathrooms were filthy (a good indicator of the kitchen's cleansiness) - Shrimp tasted rotten and dry - pasta was slimy - bread was an unbelievable bad white roll - the kind you would get at a run down truckstop. Will never return there!!!!!

About the best pizza we have ever had. Fantastic crust & high quality toppings. I love the Chicken Florentina. Everything is plenty to eat and reasonably even if it wasn't in a resort town. We go to Estes at least twice a year & we eat there twice each time.

My turn to review a place that is not run properly. They can not keep their word on reservations, not to mention after being seated you are likely to be ignored for 15 minutes or more while the wait staff finishes their little conferences. If you do get waited upon , the food is very good, once you get waited on. It is better to get seated and have a second place to dine in mind after you walk out. We shall never return after suffering this type of dis-service twice.

The shrimp we had in our meal tasted rotten. The food had to be one of the worst italian meals I have ever had. Never again.

I love it!: We always eat here, for consistaly good Italian food and good service. The new location is great with outdoor seating.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Estes - The Chicken Alfredo Pizza is the best pizza I've ever had!! Great service, consistently delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere.

I miss your old location, funky and so very charming. The food has not changed and that is what we come for. Looking forward to seeing all of you this month. Always the best!!!

like any restaurant there are times to go and you are guaranteed a good evening all around. pick and choose a time and day to go when they are just getting going; this place is usually very busy! most of the food is very good. most of the servers are very good. could be better with the attitude adjusted!---look lively servers! work for your TIPS!---SMILE. people want to go in and have a good time, a good sense that the people who own and operate the establishment check to make sure that everyone is happy. happy with the food. happy with the service. if the place gets any bigger, this could get to be a problem.
