we liked the panini's but the guy working there is a rude jerk. sorry i dont need the attitude which spoiled the experience. drive on by and find a nice little place in the historic district where you can find georgetown hospitality.
You would never guess it but this place has some of the BEST pizza around!! It is a very small yet quaint coffee shop with awesome food!! I highly recommend stopping in the next time you are heading out to the mountains and try a pizza!!
Okay so I live in Georgetown & work in Summit County. All of me experiences with this place have been absolutely horrible.... I'd rather eat a microwaved burrito from gas station. The owner is one of the rudest people on the planet I can't believe he can actually find people to work for him. If he can't be polite to a paying customer can you imagine how he treats his employees? On top of that I once paid $20.00 for a pizza that was so disgusting that my boyfriend & I could not finish although we were starving. I have very few options in Gtown.... but this is not one of them. If you want GREAT FOOD and small town service go to Silver Plume Saloon.... Now this place is awesome! And for all the good reviews.... are you guys crazy.... maybe you've been in your car too long after skiing hard...but you can do so much better. DON'T settle for this crap. If this were your local pizza place you would never eat pizza!
We travel I-70 several times a year and never fail to stop in Georgetown at the Mountain Buzz for a panini, pizza, or breakfast burrito. Our favorites are the Citadel and Mt. Blanc paninis and Greek pizza. The coffee is always hot and the service is great. It's a great rest stop and the bathroom is clean too!
