Love it. Friendly people, great green chile and margaritas. Some of the best Mexican I've had - New mexico style, try a stuffed sopapilla.

This is the best Mexican food! Very authentic. My favorite is the stuffed sopapilla smoothered with Green chili. Kid friendly, fun place to go!!

The WORST restaurant in Leadville! I've never had worse service anywhere. The food was average. We had to wait over an hour for our food and the place was not busy. The waitress would not bring us extra napkins to clean up our kids spilled taco (he was 3) and we had to flag down the bus boys twice for stuff because the waitress would not come to our table. The owner yelled at us in front of everyone because we tried to leave only a 8% tip due to the bad service. She forced us to pay a 17% tip because there were 5 of us (one being a baby that did not eat) and "we sat at a big table". We did not choose our own table! We only had credit card to pay with so she said even if I did not sign the slip she would be able to charge it anyway. Our kids were well behaved at that place but spilled a taco and a drink and for that we were yelled at by the owner! HORRIBLE service, AVERAGE food! Did I mention the worst service ever! I ate there once in the 5 years I lived there and will NEVER go there again! I tell everyone NOT to go there. If a tourists ask where to go, I tell them NOT to go there. There are many other choices in Leadville! With much better food!

The Grill has the best authentic mexican food. And the marquerita's that Miles make are the absolute bomb. A little pricey,but, well worth the money. The service is excellent. The only problem is the illegal's tha go there to drink and play their gawd awful music, and they smell bad. But, I dont see them in the dining room, just in the bar. Watch your little girls.These illegals like to eye them.

This is my favorite place to eat. They've been serving delicious home made Mexican for decades, and I always go when I'm near. The green chile has any place in the SW beat, the margaritas are to die for. The place is fun and friendly and my favorite is the patio. What a view! Nice gardens. Wait for the food. It's worth it. You can tell it not pre made and just heated up! If you go on a weekend with a bunch of friends, make a reservation, they are busy, with good reason.

i had a bad experince 2 or 3 years ago on they're food and the serves there at the grill i thought the food was horrible abd high price for the food me abd my daughter had there at the grill! so i wouldn't and haven't been back there to the grill when i had bad experince at the grill!

Most popular Mexican food in town. Hasn't changed in years. Large portions, strong margaritas. Famous for the green chile. Usually a good place to go with friends for dinner and drinks.

i had a bad expericence on they're food couple of summers ago. the green chile was like soup like have told the waisterss about the food she didn't do nothing about it the refill on the soda pop was terrible too! i never went back there again even tho i live in leadville i don't have no desire to go there again! i argree with the other person's comment about the grill! i rather go some place to eat mexican food in leadville where the serivce isn't so terrilbe and the food isn't so terrilbe either!

They should be ashamed of the service they offer. I realize it's not a "fast food" joint. They had us wait on the back patio for 45 minutes for a table, fine, but they would not serve us drinks or appetizers until we got inside! It took about 30 minutes for someone to take our order, then over an hour for our food to come. I'm not kidding... we were hungry and keeping track of the time... it became a joke! They were kind enough to allow us to eat a couple small baskets of chips during the 2+ hours we were there before our food arrived. Sure, the food was good, nothing special, and definitely not worth spending a whole afternoon waiting for!

Ive been stopping at the grill after fishing for almost 7 years now great food margs and fishing tips from the owner James! Make sure you call to check that its open, they close twice a year for break and its devistating when you get your hopes up and its closed for a couple of weeks.
