Coal Mine Dragon Chinese, Evergreen

We have been going to Coal Mine and doing take out from them for 22 years and they have some of the best Chinese food I've had. Whenever the kids come home to visit, dining at Coal Mine Dragon is always on their list of things to do!!!

The portions were small, the owner/server was distracted and the food bland. Would not recommend. Pork egg rolls had almost no pork, just fried dough. soup cool and tasteless. Entrees bland. I doused them with soy sauce for a little taste. There were several regulars inside, and that seemed to be the only way for the owner/server to look at you. Of all asian themed restaurants in Evergreen, this is the bottom of the list. I would suggest The New Shanghai, Saigon Landing or The Himalayan.
