Be prepared for some attitude!!
The hostess at the door was not very friendly when we arrived for dinner on Tuesday night (it was packed, on Tuesday?!). And the bartender at the bar further in the back could hardly contain his snobbish attitude! However, our server was very nice, helpful and attentive, and the food was fantastic!! The nigiri sushi melts in your mouth! They have a nice selection of vegetarian options, like the portabella rolls (2 pieces), which were to die for!! We had to order another plate of those! If you opt for dessert, the kabocha (japanese pumpkin) creme brulee is absolutely delicious! Prices are up there (portabella rolls, 2 pieces, $5) but all in all worth it, if you can get past the initial dose of uppity attitude (some sake helps!)
