I went to Coral Room the other day for the first time, and was quite impressed. It's a trendy fusion cuisine place, with many Asian-inspired dishes. I happened to be there during happy hour (5pm-6:30pm weekdays) when appetizers are buy one get one free.
I tried the Watermelon/Kiwi/Kaffir-Lime soup, coconut tempura white prawns, herb gnocchi, summer rolls, red curry, and some sort of banana brule/chocolate desert. Everything was wonderful, though I was particularly impressed with the herb gnocchi. It had a melody of flavors that one doesn't encounter very often.
Price-wise, Coral Room is very reasonable for the quality of food they provide. They also do not play the 'stuff you into submission' game that many restaurants do. The portions are perfectly-sized (at least for my 6', 170lb frame). There isn't too much nor too little food. I dined with another person during my visit, and the total between us was approximately $50. Remember, this was for multiple appetizers, a shared main dish, a desert, drinks, and a desert wine.
If you live or happen to be in the Denver area, you won't be disappointed with Coral Room!
