Visit Fun City and you will swear to have never seen so many exciting activities packed under one roof! There are various attractions to look out for like go-carting at Grand Prix Raceway, laser tagging at Laser Maze and Lazer Jam, Rock Wall climbing, Mini-Golf, bowling and more. Jump into the foam factory, a unique 3 story high clubhouse which has 20,000 foam balls jumping around, now where have you seen that before? After you burn-out all that energy you can re-fill yourself delicious pizzas, burritos and more! A one-stop fun destination for the whole family, once you're here, you wouldn't want to go back home!
We do the end of year party for the Englewood Pirates here every year. Kids have a great time, food is good, and parents have fun too! Tried Boondocks this year and they were ridiculous, all money up front and 25+ people minimum. Fun City works with you and has awesome staff!!! Support a great local company that supports other great local companies!
DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! This is the worst PIT I have ever experienced. You may as well go hang out on Colfax---please. What a dump this place has become. Nothing but young adults working there that have better things to do with their time than wait on you or your children---almost afraid to even ask for anything. So run down and down right dangereous for little ones. And by the time you get down the stairs into the arcade area--OMG the smell--really---HORRIBLE. This place is more expensive than Water World or Elitches---ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Not worth one penny of what you are paying don't waste your time. We will never go there again EVER---YUCK
What was once a great place (Fat City) became an OK place (Mr Biggs) and now it's a Hell Hole (Fun City) The wait staff is slow, the games steal your money, and the ticket games are a joke. 25 tickets for a plastic spider ring, and that's the smallest prize. The toddler area sucks they took all the toys away just empty dark rooms. This place needs to close down and fast! I will never go back again!
Awful experience. They were out of nearly half the food we ordered. No beer, no mushrooms, no chicken. Our food took 35 minutes to come out, and the appitizer came out with the meal. Tokens come with the kids meal, but only 3 of the hundreds of games they have take tokens. I was just going to buy a card ( as this was my little girls reward for bringing her grades up in school), I had to search for some one to help us... went to the go carts, no one there, put put, no one there, lazer tag, no one, even checked the bathroom. Finally, I saw three kiids playing an arcade game, and it looked as if they might work there. I ask one of them if we can buy cards, and he says no, because they close at 9 and it is now 9:01, I looked back and my little girl began to cry. I asked to talk to a manager, and a kid from the bowling area came over and said that the manager always takes forever to come out, so what did I want. I insisted to see the manager, and long story longer, he offered to refund the tokens, as my little girl stood there and cried. Way to go. They turned a special night into something horrible. Won't be back. Don't go. My kids wanted to have a birthday party there, and they'll be loosing that business as well. And I'll definitely spread the word. No custumer service = no customers. You'd think this would be a quick lesson to learn in a ressession. guess not.
My wife and I have been taking our kids to Fat City/ Mr. Biggs for years. Our visit prior to our visit on 7/30/09 was 5 months before. We enjoye our visit then, but how the facility fell so far so fast blows my mind. The food was expensive, tasteless, and small....I had a cheese steak on a hot dog bun for 7.99. The kids town was filthy, with hardley and toys for the kids to play with, the place ws disgusting. On top fof that, 3 games robbed us of our credits, and when I tried to get them back, I left in disgust waiting for a manager. I will never bring my family back there again.
