The lady that was working the drive through was so rude! I couldnt understand her because of her accent. So I unfortunatly had to have her repeat herself a couple times. When I apologized at the window she gave me a dirty look. She wasnt dressed appropriate for working at an establishment even if it was fast food. She was covered in jewlery and her shirt was not a uniform and not her size! If I lived in Mexico I'd have no complaint. But I live in the U.S. I should be able to understand an individual working a drive through!

I went to the Churchs on Tulrosa, horrible, horrible service. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the Spicy Chicken so I did. When I got the order I only received a 10 pc chicken instead of the 11 I ordered. They realized and corrected it. When I got home they only gave me original and not spicy. After that I received a coupon for the 11 pc so I went to this store on Dyer and the service was mucn, much ,much better. They were very fast and accurate and courteous to me.
