me and my family all went to this place to eat the food was ok but to high for this little town i live in the city and can get food at a better price the food was ok but the server was alittle rude she was young and didnt wont to serve us because some of my family were her friends i would guess next time we will get a different server if there is a next time. REDRIVER GO DOWN ON YOUR PRICES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad and i use to travel around trying new menu items he had a dream of owning his own one day he opened Billy Miners in Fort Worth so you know the man new his stuff This place RedRiver Steakhouse made me wish he was still alive he would of marveled at the quality and quantity and the staff was so friendly thank you for still caring about customer satisfaction I am a truck driver and everytime i go down I40 i try and stop and eat and i tell everyone to stop and partake in some down home hospitality and great food

Great sandwiches and pastries at a reasonable price. Everything is always fresh and very tasty! Food is expensive and service is good.

Awsome place. We came a a group of 75+ with reservations. I ordered a brisket special and was served fast and the food was good. Reasonable priced and about 1/2 hour from sitting down to finishing my meal. Can t beat that with a group our size.

It's under new management now, but I am quite sure there is hardly a difference from how friendly the servers were the last time I was there. I know for certain that the food is so good, I compare what I eat up here in the NE to what I had eating in the home like surroundings. Try the chicken fried steak and beef, you'll be impressed.

I think RR is a pleasant diversion from all the chain stores in Amarillo or elsewhere. I think it is an excellent place to go and dine. The staff is very friendly and a person gets what you pay for and the person dining needs to be friendly too.....I wouldn't change a thing....I bet you didn't know you can get a prime rib sandwich....DR

Hello everyone. I am Will Frost owner of the Red River Steakhouse in McLean Texas. I just ran across this review site I honestly was shocked by some of these comments. I worked at the Red River all though high school and then went off to college. When I returned to McLean I found the steakhouse in a state I could not live with, so I purchased it and went about revamping everything from the menu to the staff. Now we serve only the highest quality food available, everything is made fresh daily, and you get more than your moneys worth. Oh and did I mention that everyone gets Free cobbler with there meal. You will love our food or its free!! We believe you should enjoy your meal, have the best serves, and pay a fair affordable price.
