Wok on Fire, Austin

I came to visit relatives for the weekend in Austin. The first thing I saw was a menu to qok on fire attached to the front door. So all my family members decided to try it out. We all ordered different dishes from low mein to kung pow chicken. The noodles were dry and nasty. The shrimp taste like frozen precooked and only had two shrimp in the entire dish. The food was very tasteless then to top it off we spent damn near $60 for that #$%$ the service was bad like they didn t appreciate the business. We will never go back. Its NASTY and OVER PRICED

Absolutely terrible service! My family and I have been regular customers every since we got that flyer on our door.l about a year ago. We never complained even though we saw that the quality of the food an the freshness was slowly deteriorating. We were willig to take the good and bad since we all have bad days. Last night was the last straw. When we got our food it was so dry and hard it was not edible! I called and asked to speak o the manager whom I later found his name to be CeeGee. Apart from hardly understanding a word he said he was rude and very disrespectful! He told me that he would have someone drive back to my house and pick up the dry food and take it back to his store and talk to his staff and make a decision on what to do. No matter how ridiculous this was I agreed and waiting 2 hours but no one ever showed so I called CeeGee back who laughed at my face and told me to freeze the food until he could send someone out for it! What a clown. We then asked for his supervisor and he laughed and hung up on me! he did tell me that because I touched the food I would not qualify for a refund! I guess his intention was to serve it to someone else! So much for our loyalty and my 2k we spend annually! Smart business move on his part! Watch out everyone you could e eating someone else s reject food at your next order! After all I was honest enough to tell CeeGee that we touched it, someone else may not!

Wok On Fire left a menu on my door and I was excited to have a new chinese food delivery in my area. I ordered that night and wish I hadn t. It took 10 minutes for me to order because I was constantly interrupted with hold on after I would complete 2 words. He read my order back and after all that time, he had it wrong. Once I corrected him, I was told 45 minutes for delivery. The delivery arrived and I should have known it would be wrong. I called the restaurant and was told they would send out the right order but was rudely told by the manager to make sure to return the incorrect order in it s original packaging as if I were lying. The food was mediocre and the customer service was horrible. The worst waste of time and $44 I ever spent. My first bad review on a restaurant, so take this seriously and spend your money somewhere else.

Best fried rice I have ever eaten, wonton soup also great. I've never had anything on the menu I didn't like and I am a very picky eater. Also portions are great for the price. I moved out to Wimberley and I still make the forty minute drive to get me some of that fried rice.

SESAME CHICKEN OWNS! You should order it. I get it with an egg roll, egg drop soup, and crab rangoons. THE CRAB RANGOONS ARE REALLY REALLY GOOD TOO!

Yes, sesame chicken is great. Combined with delivery, nothing better!

Clean establishment, great service, a little pricey for fast food, large portions. Smaller portions when take out.

The veggies taste steamed instead of fried, and I mean this in a positive way. The servings of shrimp are very generous. We like to try something different every time. The eggrolls are very good. The food is kind of mild compared to other places, but the lack of grease makes up for it. Wor Wonton, Walnut Shrimp, and the Steamed Veggie Delight are some of our favorites.
