A group of us (25) from Austin stopped in for lunch today, 12-Jan-08. We had called ahead earlier in the week so they were expecting us. The service was prompt and courteous, the prices were extremely reasonable but the food (and the iced tea!) stole the show - it was FABULOUS. Our orders ranged from a simple cup of gumbo (declared the real New Orleans deal by our member!) to a Hurricane #4 plate (plenty for 2) and no one was disappointed. Highly recommend that you stop by if you're in the area or make a special trip for some very good food!

My husband & I had been meaning to stop here for some time & thus, made a point of doing so. We were quite impressed with our selections & even have made it a point to go back. We try to order something different each time & even though they tell us to save room for the homemade desserts, we just can't. We did take some home however for later on & was impressed with this as well. We give this place a high rating for food quality, quantity & don't let me forget how nice the staff is.
