Good food, good prices, friendly staff. Ask for the creamy jalapeno dip for your chips but beware, it's highly addictive.

The food is GREAT! The service was fair. Its a pretty busy place so you may have to wait for a table. The one thing I don't like about Chuy's is how crunched together all the tables are I kind of felt like I was sitting right on top of the person beside me.

Only place in Central TX where you can order dishes with genuine Hatch Chili, without fear of being poisioned with jalapano. (I am alergic.)

Expected more

We were told to try Chuy's and we did just that. The first two times we tried, the wait was over an hour long so we left. The third and final time we went, all but one of us was very disappointed with our meal. The food was luke warm and not very full of flavor. With all the other tex mex restaurants around, we most likely will not go back to Chuy's

Good Food - and it's Chuy's

I rarely go to Chuy's anymore. I have been many times and the food is usually consistently pretty good. I have found other tex-mex places that have less crowds and better service. If you don't mind the crowds Chuy's it pretty good.
