Miller's Bar-B-Q, Corpus Christi

The BEST bar b que in Corpus period. Great food, quiet place, friendly staff.

I love to go their. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Portions are small but delicious. I love the rolls and sweet tea..

On 8/30/08 about 7 PM my wife and I ate at Millers Bar-B-Que on Leopard Street. I've always liked the food and service, but this evening, the help was not clean at all. One young female handled money, then made plates, then opened waste can, then made more plates and never washed her hands. She talked on her cell phone and never washed her hands. I asked her about this and she said she used hand sanitizer, which she did not do, since I watched her for about 20 minutes. I find this very unsanitary. I have made a complaint to health dept. and hope these actions will stop. I think the owners should know this also.

This is my #1 choice of the bar-b-q places, I have found in Corpus Christi. The meats are comparable to other places. I go there for the Veggie choice. There is a larger varity and it have not had any complaints with freshness or size. Service has always been good (dine in or togo).

Its ok, nothing to brag about really...I think BILL MILLERS is better in every way, plus nobody will ever beat Bill Millers Sweet tea!!

The food was great and plentiful for the price. The brisket was so tender not tough at all. I would highly recommend the poor boy sandwich. My fiance and I would always drive by Miller's Bar-B-Q and wondered if it was good. So we decided to drop by and now we are hooked. Service was great too.

I liked this place. There isn't really much of an Ambiance but I don't go there to look. I go there to eat and I eat well! Highly recommended.
