Hands down.......the best chinese food in San Antonio.

Tea is terrible food is alright. Id order a soda or a water for a more enjoyable meal. Hot tea is only slightly better.

Best Kungpow chicken in town! It's my favorite lunch spot.

I love Peng's on Bandera. They are great people and serve great food. We've tried different Chinese places like Golden Wok and other establishments that charge ridiculous prices and none meet the quality of food that Peng's serves. We're having some tonight so can't wait. My fav is Sweet N sour chicken with white rice. Yumm.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! I love the family-owned atmosphere, and the lone waitress there is polite and attentive most of the time. The lemon chicken is my favorite menu item. Unlike most places where the chicken is like rubber, the chicken here is juicy and very delicious. I love the egg rolls. Plus, lunch and dinner specials are only 5 or 6 bucks. Not a bad deal. You also get a bunch of food for your money.

This is my family's preferred Chinese Restaurant. Mary is the nicest and friendliest waitress in the city. We eat here once a week and our kids love the food. There are many, many chinese restaurants int the medical center but this one on Bandera is just better than the rest.

gross!! opened my food and saw hair in my rice and it wasn't just one strand..seeing other reviews I guess im lucky to just see hair..SO GROSS!!

I just ordered $20.00 worth of food and can not finish it b/c my husbands first bite into his chicken was real weird tasting and kind of chewy so he looked closer at it and it was a FROG!!! The whole frog and what he bit into was a frogs foot. I just called Pengs to see if they carry frog on their menu thinking that maybe by mistake it was mixed in with the chicken. The gentleman that answered got mad and said NO WE DO NOT HAVE FROG ON OUR MENU!!! I am going to get this sent off to the lab to make sure it is 100% frog. That is absolutly discusting!!!! I will never eat at pengs again!!!

My family and my sister's family have been regular customers at Peng's for many years. We tried other restaurants, but none compared. The friendly service and good food will have you coming back time after time.

My family LOVES this place, we go all the time! The food is awesome, the staff are all family and they're wonderful people! And their prices are unbeatable! Give it a try, you wont ever eat at another chinese restaurant again!!
