If it is possible to give a negative star rating, this restaurant earns it. Let's not even discuss the laughable red water they call marinara sauce. Instead let's talk about the most basic part of Italian food - pasta. How is it possible to overcook pasta so much that it is disgustingly mushy? Surely it doesn't take a rocket scientist to check the pasta to make sure it remains al dente. If nothing else, invest a few dollars in a timer and use it since it is obvious that no one in the kitchen knows how to check the pasta to avoid this problem. If you can't at least do that, close the doors and shut the restaurant down.
