If it is possible to give a negative star rating, this restaurant earns it. Let's not even discuss the laughable red water they call marinara sauce. Instead let's talk about the most basic part of Italian food - pasta. How is it possible to overcook pasta so much that it is disgustingly mushy? Surely it doesn't take a rocket scientist to check the pasta to make sure it remains al dente. If nothing else, invest a few dollars in a timer and use it since it is obvious that no one in the kitchen knows how to check the pasta to avoid this problem. If you can't at least do that, close the doors and shut the restaurant down.
Pizza was too cheesey! The dough tasted like it was made by someone who clearly doesn't know what good pizza dough tastes like. Then they top it off with a thick layer of what looked like mozerella cheese. When it was all said and done the pizza sat in my stomach like a rock. If your looking for pizza go else where!
i work at the hampton inn at schertz and i send everyone looking for italian food here. everyone loves it! ive never had a single complaint. this place has to be good if people from all over the US love this place. -jessi front desk-
