Whataburger, Kingsville

The Whataburger on 14th street in Kingsville is awful. I think they hire anyone off the streets. I would be carefull paying with checks or by credit card. (anything with personal information on it)The staff made mistakes on my order and the cups they had given me with my drinks had lip stick around them. I tried complaining but I never got anywhere. I will never eat there.

I want to thank the staff of this Whataburger location with a very special recognition to one of the managers, Annie Bernal. On our way to Houston, I left my purse in the women's restroom. I didn't notice it until we got to Houston that evening and I immediately called to find out that Annie Bernal, had found it in the restroom and had been trying to get in touch with me at my home number that she found on my checkbook. Unable to contact me, she locked the purse up in the store safe. I returned to the location on the following day to find that everything in my purse was intact. Nothing was missing and I was very surprised because this is not something that happens in this day and age. I had cash, credit cards, gift cards and my checkbooks. This is amazing and I want to thank her for her honesty. I did not have the pleasure to meet with her on the following day and thank her personnally and that is why I opted to write this on their review page. Thank you so much for safely reutrning my personal items to me with no incident.

Everyone has different views on where they eat. I never had any bad experience while visiting Whataburger. The staff is great, what do you expect eating at a fast food franchise. This is not a five star restaurant, and the employees are just kids who are just trying to make it on their own. Don’t tell me where never in their shoes before, I know I have and it is a start.
