I LOVE BEI FANG!! ITS THE BEST YUMMY FOOD GREAT PRICE, AND THE THEY GIVE YOU A LOT!!

I guess I ate there 2 months ago and am now getting around to write this down . I have always liked BF food , however the customer service was something left to be desired. I found a stainless steel scrub shaving in my egg drop soup and when I told the waitress - she said she would tell the dish washing crew what happened. She took my soup, NEVER returned with another bowl NOR apologized for what happened. I did not get comped either. I can't eat there anymore because of this incident. Since then, I have spread the word to my coworkers at the nearby hospital I work as well as the other local Chinese restaurants my experience. Sorry Bei Fang no soup for you !!!

I occasionally order Bei Fang for lunch during work. They have delivery, but they also have a delivery order minimum so don't order alone. They have great lunch specials, but it's even better eating in the establishment itself because the food is hot and fresh. The rice that comes with the lunch special is a little bland, but you get over it with the eggroll and taste of entree. The delivery guy is cool and when I ate in, the service was ok. I mainly enjoy it because of the speed and price. Also known as Fast and Cheap. They get five stars for that. --Jon

i love this place! its great food at a great price! especially for lunch...we always order or go eat there and are always satified! :D

We order for delivery alot at work; the food is fab and always hot when we get it. They give an acurrate turn around time for delivery.

I love the food here but the Male servers and male phone people are rude. Prices are high but the food is great.
