The smell was absolutely putrid. I expect some stink from a fish market but this was absolutely rotten. My daughter nearly puked from the smell. I looked around for about 10 seconds and walked out. The fish didn t look fresh and that smell was bad enough to make maggots gag. I was looking forward to some fresh seafood and left disappointed. There are much better seafood places down by the marina that I would recommend.
What a disappointment! Alby's seafood case looks NOTHING like the website, and the staff were very rude. I guess they don't care that tourists are their livelyhood. I suggest going to one of the many other smaller seafood and/or bait markets located along the bay and out by the Marine Center. We found several with much better prices, fresher fish offerings, and much nicer people! The old lady at Alby's needs to retire!
