This place deserves no stars. How do you call to place a to-go order get put on hold for 5 min. Then call back and told they don t have any to-go boxes so they can t take any to-go orders they wouldn t have any until tomorrow. How tacky is that? They couldn t borrow from another store? See how long that location stays open. Surprised it s still operational and functioning.

went to eat here today w my sister.surprised this rest is still open.its dirty and unprofessional employees on cell phone not sure if sumone was smokinfg in the rest or employee were in the back but rest reeked of pure cigarettes and was smoky.ill never go back there.besides the fact my sister and i nearly fell off a broken bench in waiting are.

I think this the best service i had in a while. the srever robert was great and he was very honesty about what was going on with the meal and i enjoyed that very much.My family and i were there about three weeks ago traveling threw San Antonio and we got hungery. the food was great the G.M. done a great job buy letting robert be are sever that day we wil return only if robert is there

I took my son for an early birthday desert, the service was ho-hum and the milk shake he ordered was too runny(thin) no substance to it, we left our food and left. sorry in the past i have enjoyed visiting ihops.
