Chacho's, San Antonio

First of all, Chachos has mediocre food. Its JUST ok! We only went bc we live in the medical area. Went thru the drive thru, ordered nachos, we found a WHOLE chicken bone in them. After that we found hair in our nachos, obviously not ours. Of course we grossed out, lost our appetites, threw all our food away. Called the mgr. Andrea, she acted like a gangster chola backing up her Chachos. She was so rude, disrespectful, so unprofessional-no help at all. Even felt like she was making it seem like I was lying or blaming me for this! Offered me more nachos @ half price? Mm, no thanks. I wanted a refund. Contacted corporate, no kidding , another gangster girl, same attitude. Emailed the owner,(thats what she said to do) about 2 wks ago. Still no word. So screw Chachos. Keep my $ 20 bucks. Never again will I be going there!!

I don t give them even a half star. I go through the drive thru, it normally takes minimum 10 minutes to get an order. I normally order 2 bacon and potato tacos, I get charge different each day that I go through, sometimes $3.01, sometimes $3.89, normally it s $3.01, 4 out of 5 days they can get the order correct, today, instead of bacon and potato, I get potato and egg, even though it plainly states on the receipt bacon and potato, guess the people preparing the food can t read the screen. I just bit into one of the potato and egg tacos and had to spit it out due to the large pieces of egg shell in the eggs. The managers are always nice and quick to fix the problems, but only go through drive thru or call in an order if you live close enough to go back and get your order fixed.

Love the sweet tea and the tortillas are addicting. The drive thru is always quick!

We went in there today and the service sucks!!!! The guys on the line keep telling us to get food that wasn't ours then when I tried to get our food there was a female that was very rude, I think she was even some sort of manager which makes it even worse in my opinion. If I had my way that woman wouldn't have a job anymore.

This place is trashy. Big hangout for the low lifes and troublemakers. Always someting going down in this joint. Yeah, thier food is good but the interior is trashy. Lots of gang-bangers and underage drinkers. Not a good place for children.

OMG! The King Kong Macho Nachos was awesome and the margaritas were the bomb! My son and I split a half order. A half order will fill you up and you can take half home and we did. This is the best nachos I have ever had in over 40 years!

UM, I never been to a Chacho & Chaluccis, I considered it once, and then heard on the local news that they charge you 10% EXTRA on your bill to pay for....are you ready? CHEESE. Boy if every Mexican restaurant gets on this train, we're all screwed. Seems to be a popular place for chicks to go drink booze though, guess if you're lit up enough, prices and quality don't matter. With so many GREAT established Mexican places in S.A., why do we need this substandard, overpriced joint for?
