Wingstop, Universal City

What started out as an unbelievably pathetic order (extremely tiny, I'm talking miniature beyond belief, wings) turned out to be a total satisfying experience after having talked to the manager (Morgan). This individual was totally apologetic and very polite. He explained the situation, which I could totally understand was beyond his control, and offered to make sure I was completely satisfied. This individual went well beyond this statement. Thank you Morgan and the crew of this Wingstop for making a believer out of me. Customer Service is THE most important aspect of any business and you guys proved it beyond a reasonable doubt.

This wingstop does not Support the Troops. I live in another state we don't have Wingstop in our area so my mother in law wanted to buy us sauce and bring it to us from Sa,Tx to where we are stationed @ This manager refused to sell the sauce. I asked for the manager he said he was manager didn't want to give me his name and hung up on me. The Owner of this Restaurant Should have him FIRED. He said his name was Harry which is a Lie. Horrible Customer Service

I would not eat there ever again....There was a fried ROACH in my fries...it was so gross I got my money back but I will never go back
