Boudro's on the River Walk, San Antonio

The food at Boudro's was fantastic. Everything our party of 6 got for a weekday lunch was delicious. The Boudro's Burger was the best burger I've had that I didn't make myself. The guacamole made tableside was the best ever. The salsa was great, too. The prices were a little high for lunch, but not any worse than anywhere else on Riverwalk.

Have the oyster appetizer and then leave. Don't try to eat for at least an hour or no matter what you eat you will be disappointed. It's that good. If I ever go back, I will just order round after round of the oysters and be happy. We went on the weekend before July 4th. The place was packed, but our reservations were promptly honoured. The space is small and somewhat cramped...at least on a holiday weekend. Our waitress was more than helpful and very friendly. Definitely on my list to repeat.

I recommend anyone visiting the Riverwalk to dine at Boudro's. We sat outside along the riverwalk and had the Prickly Pear Margarita's and the awesome homemade guacamole at tableside. The grilled prime rib is to die for along with the garlic mashed potatoes!! A must resturant!!

i just spent 5 days in San antonio and ended up at Boudro's 4 times . . . far outclasses most other Riverwalk eateries. Food is prepared with taste and class. Try the: quail w/grits and fried jalepenos, blue crab tostata (lnch only, and add hot sauce), guacamole (made at your table), smoked shrimp and crab enchilada, herned fish of the day . . . and dont forget the mojito's!

Accomodating professional staff working hard to make your evening. Nothing special about the menu, but it is popular among the riverside restaurants for evening dining. Make reservation for sizable group

This was one of my favourite places on the Riverwalk The waiter makes fresh guacamole right at your table. It is supposed to serve 2, but I was able to eat all of it and followed it with delicious cheese enchiladas. Save room for desert, or share one with a friend. Best meal on the Riverwalk. you will need reservations for the evening. Lunch was walk - in.

Great atmosphere and the food is out of this world!

Once you've had their Guacamole, you'll make plans to visit San Antonio for an appetizer! The ambiance is authentic San Antonio. I will certainly make another trip in my lifetime.

It's been a while since I was there, but other than how close the seating was, it was great. The angus steak and cactus pear margaritas were like none other!
