Dont you just love NEW YORKERS?? lol Kinda like Texans who think everything is best in Texas. No, this is So. Texas and this is GREAT Italian food! I give it a HIGH FIVE! Great food, service is excellent. Its family Italian like at my grandmas table! Love it! My fav Italian Rest in SA.
Always look forward to a meal at Sorrento when visiting San Antonio. Having a meal there is like visiting an Italian-American home and being treated as a guest at a family meal with real Italian food.
I am from Brooklyn and I like their pizza. Their other Italian food is very good as well.
Also treated very well by the waiters.
OK I understand that I come from NY where pizza is king but really I expected more after several recommendations. The sauce was way too sweet and there wasn't enough cheese on the pizza. There is better pizza in San Antonio.
Being from NYC and practically living in Little Italy, this is the best food, than home. I've tried other pizza from other NY places here in San Antonio, Sorrento's if far way the best ever. Thank you finally for some back home pizza.
well i have eaten at sorrento's many times and i have to say the pizza is okay. it's really not a pizza joint. of all the great food there i have a few favorites i have to recommend. the raviloi is awesome as well as the alfredo. but the pasta with the pink sauce, peas and numerous other ingredients is amazing. so don't go for the piza, go for the pasta!

dinner, but is most popular for lunch. The soup and sandwich type lunch menu and daily specials have a ...

Just around a bend in the River Walk lies a sprightly little restaurant that isn't sure what it wants to
be when it grows up. Eclectic hangout or pure San Antonio? You'll have to decide for yourself.
