I wouldn t even give them one start. I give them a ZERO. If you dare go there at least ask for them to itemize your bill; you will be shocked at all the hidden costs that add up. Imagine paying 20.00 for just a salad two cups of soup and slice of bread. Highway robbery. And when asked to talked to manager they refused. NEVER AGAIN will I set foot there!

ecletic restaurant with a quirky homey feel to it, great strawberry pancakes!, where youll find everything from bookcases full of interesting books to an odd looking mad hater figurine..make sure to stay a while. this is a great place to meet with someone or just hang out.

for my birthday, me and my boyfriend went to madhatters for sunday brunch and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. the food was good, i had the tamales and eggs. and i had to get the bottomless fish bowl mimosa, which was on point. be forewarned though, if you're not absolutely sure you're gonna drink two or three rounds, the price (i think it was $13) isnt worth just one drink because they fill up your bowl (yes an actual fish bowl) pretty good. plus the food fills you up as well. i loved the decor and i would definitely come back! my only con would be parking. besides the handful of spaces in front on the restaurant, you have to parallel park on the street and walk. i didnt mind but others might.

A good selection of menu choices that were well prepared and tea done right. The biggest drawback is that it is somewhat pricey for lunch.

Great place to have a good sandwich. Try the turkey avocado with chipotle spread.

Great place for lunch. Order off the El Cheapo menu and it is very affordable and quite tasty. Wind down your First Friday with a bottle of wine and a delcious dessert.

Went with a group and everything we ordered was excellent. I tasted everyones =) lol. I read comments of over pricing - But its almost downtown in the artsy district + its a TEA ROOM, hello? If you like great sandwhiches, FISH BOWL sized Mimosa's, and a Alice in Wonderland themed with Austin's type laid back atmosphere. You gotta check this place out. Wish it was closer to my house.

Went for their famous Sunday brunch and the line to order was about 15 people long. It moved at a snail's pace, so I expected our order to take forever. Thankfully it didn't. It was out in about ten minutes. It was delicious, and the recipes are very original. The potato salad had dill, a very aromatic herb which was almost overpowering. The sandwiches come with pickled red onion, which I took out and ate on the side. Don't know why our server brought us our silverware after bringing the plates, though. Saw him do that at another table as well. Everyone that walked out of said how much they loved it. It's a very unique place with some interesting decor. Lot's of seating options: inside, outside, nooks and crannies. Overall very cute, and the desserts are to die for.

WAY OVER PRICE. BUT HAVE GOOD FOOD .AND SERVICE....PLACE IN NICE !,
