Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine
Since 1997, Paloma Blanca Mexican Cuisine has become well-known for offering much more than traditional Tex-Mex fare. Tempting offerings include items as varied as grilled snapper, enchiladas verdes, pozole soup, hand made flautas and tacos al pastor. For margaritas by a cool fountain, a relaxing dinner on the terrace or appetizers in our hacienda-style dining rooms, Paloma Blanca invites you to enjoy our autentico brand of Mexican cuisine and hospitality.
They are the lousiest restaurant there is! They are beyond way too overpriced, and the food is mediocre at best. $14 for chicken at night time is just insane! I will never eat there again, do not bother wasting your money. If you want quality mexican food for over half the cost, go to Teka Molino on San Pedro. Much nicer and much cheaper!
Lousy, forgetful service. One of the worst restaurants in SA for service. Food is ok but who wants to wait 20 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get their credit card back after paying? Asked for water refills (it's hot here!) and never got it. Complained to the manager. He handed us his biz card and said he would personally guarantee better service next time if we reminded him. So guaranteed good service isn't otherwise a part of the equation??? Really? Will NEVER be back!!!
Went there for Valentines Day, 430 pm reservation. Service was very slow, waiter apologized, blamed it on the kitchen. Fajitas came out cold on a plate, not sizzling. Chile releno was just average. This restaurant is way-overrated. Had to ask server repeatedly to fill drinks, bring tortillas (supposed to come with the meal). Tres Leches cake was dry. Will not give this restaurant a second chance, too many other good ones in SA. Average food, nice atmosphere, way over-priced.
I tried this place four years ago and have dinner there weekly! I recommend all friends who come to visit San Antonio to Paloma Blanca and they always go back. The service, food, and atmosphere are outstanding. Paloma has the best Tres Leches Cake in town. Also recommended are their bloody mary, cerviche, and flautas.
Had dinner last Saturday night - our first time there, but certainly not our last! Delicious food, and the best Margarita I've had! Everything was lovely - our server was attentive and very nice, the hostess was friendly, the restaurant busy but not too noisy. We enjoyed ourselves and will go again.
My favorite restaurant in this part of San Antonio. Great for get togethers with friends and family. I live about ten miles away, but make an effort to eat here when I can.
Enchilades, the best way to measure good mexican food, are good here. Staff has always been attentive and professional.
"Ogenki desu ka?" This is one of the first things you will hear from the friendly people at Fujiya Japanese
Garden Restaurant. The wait staff at Fujiya enjoys taking time to take care of you, as they have been ...

Just around a bend in the River Walk lies a sprightly little restaurant that isn't sure what it wants to
be when it grows up. Eclectic hangout or pure San Antonio? You'll have to decide for yourself.
