IHOP Restaurant, Beaumont

My fiance & I went to ihop on a Saturday about 10:30am. Had to wait 15 minutes for table. The waitress was nice & didn't leave us alone too long to take our order. Food was pretty good BUT we came there hungry, but didn't leave happy! Being that i'm pregnant I drink a lot of water. Well my fiance bought orange juice and I finished my water so he gave me his glass so I wouldn't have to wait on our waitress. She brought me another glass not knowing I took his and my fiance ended up taking a sip of my new one and there was a dead fly on the inner glass! My fiance lost his appetite & we complained but the manager was too busy to speak to us. Needless to say, I still had to pay 9.00 for his meal that he didn't touch because of the dead fly! So just be careful when you eat there!

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The food was cold, the service was lousy, the restaurant was dirty.I asked for a manager and was told he was in the kitchen cooking and didnt have time for me. A few years ago there was a nice red hair lady that was the manager there at night, she always had the time to talk to you and to make sure that you had a wonderful time, I was told when I asked about her that she was fired for not doing her job,,, WELL she did a better job then want is going on there now,,
