Snotty waitstaff rude employees I would not eat at this place if my life depended on it!

Not a tremendous fan of this place. But I will have to say that the seafood gumbo was very good. If for nothing else, I will return for the gumbo.

Food is always very good. We celebrate all important events there. The service is excellent.

meet with a group of 10 ladies at Papadeaux's on 11/14/09 for lunch. I ordered the Halibut sandwich, a side salad, and a raspberry lemonade. When our food came out, there was a huge fly looking bug that had the appearance of a bluish greenish blow fly with black legs.crawling all over my sandwich. I told our waiter, she took it and put it back on her serving platter. She left the platter on a little stand next to our table. I tried to be a good sport, no compensation was offered. This time I ordered seafood platter instead, Also, be aware that when ordering the raspberry lemonade, you will be charged full price for each refill. The waiter says that it's because it is a bar drink, but the lady representing the manager says that it was not a bar drink, but that they charge for each refill. No one in our group are drinkers of alcohol, and there was no alcohol in our drinks, but you will be charge as such. Just be carerful when ordering drinks because you won't know until the bill comes that you have been charged full price for each single refill. Anyway I thought I would post this experience since there was no suggestion box available in the resturant. I don't know if we will be eating here any time soon

I visted my son and he wanted to take us to this restaurant for dinner.when they found out that I had allergies to shellfish,the manager come out to talk to me and they cleaned the grill then cooked my food so I would not have a problem.I would definitely tell people about this restaurant and have.

If you want REAL Cajun food in our area go to a mom and pop Restaurant. Like Larry French Market & Cajun Restaurant! It is the best of the best Cajun food in our area! Give it a try and you will be going back for seconds! Enjoy and have fun!

alright, a favorite restaurant by us, and many people I know. We've gone there many times and have not been disappointed. easily the best restaurant in Beaumont. the Salmon Diablo is amazing, that is my main dish. at the bar ask for Kevin he knows how to make very good drinks. this place is a bit pricey but I never mind that if I know that I'm getting good food and I always do. sit outside on the patio, listen to the live music and enjoy drinks while waiting for a table. then enjoy.
