Saltgrass Steak House, Humble

My husband and I (and two other friends) had the absolute worst experience with customer service at this location. We had 5 different waiters that did not wait on us. We had to try to flag them down if we needed something, my order was not right, it took at least ten minutes to get a drink after asking two different people, and it took forever to get our tickets. The manager had to split our tickets, because all 5 waiters couldn't get it right. When the manager brought our tickets... It still wasn't right. I got up and walked out while my husband stayed to pay. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back to this location and I will tell everyone to avoid it!

First of all the food is great, but at this location my family and I were given horrible customer service. Two weeks later we went to the willowbrook location and everythin was outstanding, so now I will be visiting that location instead. The humble location should really learn how to treat their diverse customers.

i have visited saltgrass numerous times with my daughter in humble ...and have nothing less to say that service has always been great and the food no less than excellent...last time we returned a waitress recognized us and she was just the greatest bud even though we werent at her section...great people make a great restaraunt....and for that i will always request her section no matter how busy they are ...shes a sweetheart and her name is erin...shes the best most outgoing person doing what we all do and doing her best at it...good on ya erin...me and krys love ya girl...thank you so much!:) and to the chefs...a big ^5

Very good food! I would highly recommend the steak! You will not go away hungry. Probably not a good place to go before go out for drinks, because if you don't curb your eating, you will be too stuffed to comfortable have some drinks.

Saltgrass is s 'good' Outback. Back when Outback was actually good this is how good Saltgrass is.

....me and my family decided to go there afte I got off work one Friday evening. I was still in my ACU's when I decided to order a Margarita. We sat down and everyone got what they wanted to include my son who doesnt like to order from the kids menu anymore. Once we ate and they came back to ask us for desert.....we said no.....the manager came to the table and told us that our ticket had been taken care of already. I did not know what to say. So, when we left, I decided to make a speach in front of everyone in Salt Grass at that time. It always is emotional for me to thank everyone for their support of the troops all around the world. ARMY STRONG!

This is my family's favorite place to eat. Hearty steak meals at good prices, we all LOVE the prime rib but they also have great hamburgers and an awesome steak salad.

the steaks are consistently good each time we eat at this restaurant. The tortilla soup is very good and maudine's filet steak is always awesome. My husband wishes they would bring back the cowboy cut ribeye- as he has a large appetite and this always hit the spot !

This place is amazing...very delicious and I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. One of my favorites is angus beef and Salt Grass serves it to perfection in my opinion. It is a pretty busy place, but worth the wait. I have not ever left there hungry - that is for sure!
