Horrible customer service from Chacho’s. I used to love their nachos, but now I haven’t been back since. Drive-thru customer service and management is horrible (this isn’t their first time). The drive-thru employee was abrupt, rude, and disrespectful. When I walked in to complain to the manager (who looked like a kid), he didn’t bother to listen to me and automatically chose his employee’s side. On top of that, he made up things he imaginarily heard I did on the intercom. So, thinking Chacho’s had respectable upper management and just had a few bad seeds, I tried contacting the owner or general manager of all the locations. I sent him several email request and voicemails to contact me, thinking he was a busy man and may have forgotten. He never returned a single one. That just shows me they are arrogant and don’t care about their customers’ concerns or complaints. I guess they think they have enough customers so they can treat their customers any which way! I plan to never go back again! Don’t support!

Just went through the drive thru tonight, and this was the second time I felt like they were so hard to order with. I don't know if they can't hear...but then I drove up to see him talking with a whole group of people. You just don't feel like they are into serving you. There was no "Hi, Welcome to Chacho's" or even a small smile. You just hesitate to go here because of how unpleasant it can be. They just take your money and shut the window. Customer service goes a long way guys.

The food was excellent and the prices were good, too. The tea wasn't the best, but they happily changed it out for sodas.

Come on people this was the worst experience I have ever had with Tex Mex, Drinks very over price and water down. The food was really bad I order a small order of pork nachos, not sure what type of meat was on them but they were bad and the can queso cheese, I go to Tex Mex restaurant about 2 times a week and love to try new places, but I will never set foot in this place again.

Wen to the Westheimer location last night after a graduation. 2 orders were missing so my friend's husband had to go to the counter and ask for them. The manager came to our table to make sure that we were telling the truth and then decided to take care of it. Noticed our two missing items on the counter where someone had already eaten part of them. My friend waited at the counter to wait for our order to be replaced and noticed one of the workers with his finger actually in the bowl of beans. Then, my enchilada fell on the ground and the worker looked around to see if anyone was watching. Luckily my friend was. I mean, was this dirty enchilada going to be placed on my plate? When I asked if he had spoken to the manager he said that WAS THE MANAGER. Totally ruined what seemed like a good meal and ruined our happy mood. I have been here before and I liked their food but I will never go back there. I'm sure things occur at any restaurant but to actually see it is positively disgusting.

Chacho's has the worst Mexican Food I've ever had. This place is noisy and stinky. Tables and floors were greasy for a popular restaurant like this on busy weekend. My Menudo was overcooked with unknown spices (very dark). Then, the fish taco had lots of MSG. Iced Tea was flat. Parking spaces were narrow. I am so upset that my truck was dented. There was a nice sign "not responsible for damages." How friendly is this? I'd never return.

Checked out the Chachos on the 610 freeway. Quite possibly the scariest "restaurant" I have ever been to. But the food was even worse than I could imagine. Lumps of something nasty in gross runny sauce, moldy iced tea, horrific-tasting meat chunks. WOW. Chachos sucks!

The food is great but I have a few compalints: * Drive thru service is slow * They put a "tip" line when you pay with credit - this place is an "order at the counter then come pick up your food" type of place. I don't see why you'd be expected to tip. * No drink refills - you pay for a soda refill This place is basically like a Taco Cabana but with better food.

I went to the Chacho's at Tidwell and the North Frwy and how ghetto it was. The eating area had a juke box blasting rap music and three black ghetto woman with cooch cutter shorts shaking their big A##'s at everyone trying to eat. I then went to complain to the manager who said he could do nothing about the vulger dancing hoes and said that just the way it is. So needless to say Chacho's I'm spreading the word. It's a place where you go to eat and not audition for soul train. But then again it's ghetto land, fema fair grounds, welfare ave. or whatever.

Since Chachos is open 24 hrs I decided to pick up tacos on my way to work at 5:00am. The service was slow, the kitchen staff just seemed as if they were on vacation. I got so sort of runny sauce from the condement bar and finally after a 30 minute wait I got some sort of greasy barbacoa taco. I'll never go there again. To bad because that was a good place to get breakfast at 5:00am.
