Horrible customer service from Chachoâs. I used to love their nachos, but now I havenât been back since. Drive-thru customer service and management is horrible (this isnât their first time). The drive-thru employee was abrupt, rude, and disrespectful. When I walked in to complain to the manager (who looked like a kid), he didnât bother to listen to me and automatically chose his employeeâs side. On top of that, he made up things he imaginarily heard I did on the intercom. So, thinking Chachoâs had respectable upper management and just had a few bad seeds, I tried contacting the owner or general manager of all the locations. I sent him several email request and voicemails to contact me, thinking he was a busy man and may have forgotten. He never returned a single one. That just shows me they are arrogant and donât care about their customersâ concerns or complaints. I guess they think they have enough customers so they can treat their customers any which way! I plan to never go back again! Donât support!
