I will NOT be going back to Spaghetti Warehouse again. After being a customer for over 20 years I came outside after having lunch with my family today to find 2 boots on my car! As we walked up a guy in a mini van pulled up and was very ugly to us because we had not paid to park behind the building. Apparently you have to pay to park at the restaurant Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00. We had to pay $125.00 on the spot to have the boots removed or our car was going to be towed away then impounded immediately. I think all of the ugliness and threats were uncalled for. So I went inside to notify the manager of what happened and she was rude about it. She said well there is a yellow sign under the hostess' podium - it's not my fault you didn't read it. You should know better than to think you could park for free in downtown. I was humiliated. I guess every time we ever ate there in the past was on a weekend and I had no idea we had to pay for parking during business hours. I would have gladly paid the $5.00 had I realized I had to... I felt belittled and humiliated. At the end of our budgeted day out our lunch cost us $150.00!!!

I was very disappointed in the service we received. I attended a birthday gathering of 25+ people and the waitress assigned to my table was ridiculously rude. Her mannerism was very abrasive. She quickly provided table rules which were understandable considering the size of the party, but she did so in such a way as to make most of us feel like we were not comprehending her statements. She further animated her interaction with us by pouting her lips in frustration and shaking her head. She went so far as to scold an adult guest for changing seats, only after we had placed a drink order, because orders are entered in a certain arrangement and this was going to cause much confusion. To top this off she emphasized how inconvenient it was for him to change seats by bringing his water and commenting that "this is yours, but you were first seated there . . . and this is hers but she was first seated here." When he offered to assist her by telling her she could just bring out the drinks for the two of them as they were originally seated and they would sort it out, she said "that's not the point." As a proper conclusion to all of this he had difficulty getting a copy of his receipt. She even told him that she had already provided a copy and insisted that it was impossible for her to do anything about it. I can happily say that I spoke to the manager and he was very courteous. He offered a sincere apology and said he would speak with her. I can only hope that he does. In my estimation, she should not be a waitress.

Well I'll start off on a positive note. The service and attention here is wonderful. Great ambience yet ... the food fails in comparison to the Spaghetti Warehouse of just a few years ago. I have visited this restaurant many times over the period of my life and my last two visits were not as glamorous as the previous ones. The food is my main complaint which I feel is key when going to a restaurant. For both visits, I attended graduation parties and sadly I ordered the same dish on both occasions because I love mushrooms. The chicken tetrazzini was very bland and tasted like something anyone could poorly whip together at home. Everything besides the noodles looked and tasted like it came from a can. I know this is harsh to read especially for people who still like this restaurant. Is it just that I've had food at graduation parties recently or what? I miss the old Spaghetti Warehouse.

For taste i give it a five, But service i give it a half a star, terrible service. And the waiters are rude and snobby.. But the guy that delivers the bread is just great.. I just had to leave a review for how terrible the service was, I orderd a chicken alferdo it took on hour to recieve it,, it was good, but not worth the wait.. the noodles had no flavor at all.. Just noodle, cheese, chicken.... Maybe they sould jazz it upp..It look like something u could of got from a fast food restuarn..

I just left from lunch there with a friend. I'm from out of town, I assumed the parking lot that butted up against the building was the parking lot for the Spaghetti Warehouse. I came out and there were 2 boots (wheel locks) on my truck. I called the number posted on the sticker on the window, they sent a guy out there with a charge card machine and charged me $100.00 to take the boots off. Will I be back?? NO!!

The Spaghetti Warehouse is awful. I had the Grilled Chicken Marinara, I must tell you that the sauce was disgusting. No taste, No spice, No anything! Just plain nasty. Then, The grilled chicken was basically burnt. Just awful. If you want any kind of taste or jsut good food DO NOT eat at the Spaghetti Warehouse. Trust, you would rather want a burger or some chicken from a fast food restraunt.

I went here for an outing with my family. I'm in to haunted stuff so my Stepmom recommended it. The food is great and I'm going there for my birthday again. Also the place is haunted. I had a wonderful time.
