This establishment, which was formerly known as Harry B's, and originally opened in the 1930s, is a veritable Waco tradition. The food is a wide array of classic American, Tex-Mex, seafood, burgers, chicken-fried-steaks, and the beverage classic \"the Big O,\" an eighteen-ounce goblet of ice-cold beer, not to mention its new relative, \"the Big Margit-O.\" George's is a great place for delicious comfort food, and they will also be happy to cater private or corporate events.
