Arby's, Copperas Cove

This place is absolutely horrid. It's dirty and the employees are lazy, if you can find a worker anywhere in the store.

I've been to arby's in cove about 3 or 4 times... and eveytime I was there they were out of something. like once they didnt have straws and the other time they didnt have soda... and theres been a few more. it was pathetic. oh and everytime I was there i alwasy saw an employee smoking infront of the building.

This Arby's location has got to be the worst I have ever seen. If you can get service they are rude, and your food comes out usally wrong and cold. And don't get me started on the drive thru!! You'll sit there forever waiting for someone to help you and then when they do they will tell you there out of damn near everything or make you wait longer. Trust me if you looking for fast service and hot food and don't want to wait forever just go across the street to Wendy's.

I was not impressed with this Arby's. Unprofessional employees and we're pretty sure we got food poisoning. Will not risk going there again!
