McDonald's, Copperas Cove

i love me some mcdonalds!! quarter pounder plain with cheese please!!!

I dont think this is a big enough box to put all the complaints I would like to but I will try. My boyfriend orders mcdoubles no ketchup add mac sauce and they always put ketchup when the ticket clearly reads NO KETCHUP, They gave my friend a side of mac sauce in a mcnugget box instead of actual chicken nuggets, They gave me a mcchicken with tarter sauce instead of a fish filet, this morning I pulled up and they said they re systems were down and said I couldn t order and so i drove home and called and they said I could order so I went back up there and my change was 12.41 and they gave me 7.41 then after patiently waiting 30 min. and being short changed they gave me the wrong food (this is at 3am no cars behind me not busy) and I pulled back around and they jipped me my hashbrown and when i asked her for it she treated me like I was wrong and when i asked her if the big breakfast meal came with a hashbrown she said she didnt know. #$%$ is up with the staff and managers at this mcdonalds??? They are going to go broke from all the free food they have to give away to make up for all the orders they screw up when they could save money by just getting the order right the first time!!!!! You definately dont have to have a high school diploma or ged or any damn common sense for that matter to work here. I could of made my own breakfast and lunch in that time frame. Fast Food my #$%$.

Everytime we go through this McD's the order is always messed up. The line usually reaches the road and the food is almost always cold. I give up on McD's.
