I know some people may think this place is expensive, but really it isn't. We get the family pack # 2 and eat on it for several days. I like their well trimmed brisket that you can tell is really smoked and not liquid smoke. The okra and french fries are delicious as well. No complaints here. Thanks guys!!!!
I have visited Cousins BBQ many times over the years. I started going to the location off McCart. I have since moved to North Fort Worth and visit the Keller location when I can. The Bryant Irving location off loop 820 is the largest if you have a big group. I have been to three of their locations and they have the best sliced brisket. Nice presentation and perfect smoke ring around the meat. I suggest the first time you order a baked potato loaded and a sliced sandwich. You will be full and happy !
I've stopped in at a BBQ place right next to cousins because I recognized the name...I thought it was all right, and as it was the first time I had BBQ I had nothing to compare it to. A few weeks later I got the places mixed up and accidentely went to cousins. There is no comparison!! Cousins was amazing. I couldn't believe what a difference there was! The spice rub on the meat is insanely good!! I now stop in and get a bunch of meat and then make my own sides at home. Then we have a semi-homecooked meal :)
I have enjoyed this BBQ several times. I recommend that you try the hot links and the ribs. The Monster BBQ Beef Potato is pretty awesome as well. The price is not bad and the food is served promptly by a staff that always appears to love their job and enjoys providing awesome BBQ.
Recommend if given a chance to sit out front and enjoy the weather. You may see my stopping in for my to-go order.
