I really hate to have to do this as Miguelito's has been my favorite Mexican restaurant since the week it opened. About 4 months ago I moved into the offices directly across the street from them. Miguelito's became a weekly staple for me and my co-worker. If we didn't go in and eat we were ordering chips and queso to go pick up. Well every single time we ordered chips and queso, it was always wrong. How do you mess up chips and queso? Wrong size, no chips, not enough chips. This last time I called the Manager Laura Perez. She was sooo rude to me. Said it was my fault because I didn't make myself clear when I place my order. How much clearer is chips and queso? Last time I ordered I asked if salsa was included because I seemed to never get it. I was told yes. When I got there they wanted to charge me for it. The girl got an attitude when I told her I didn't want to pay for it. She didn't ask me if I wanted to keep the salsa, she just left it in my bag. Then the Manager accuses me of being one of "those people who order things and then don't want to pay for it." First off, didn't order the salsa, just asked if it came with the queso. Then to make matters worse, they short changed me. So had to go back to get my correct change and not one single person apologized when I had to go get it. I totally understand mistakes can be made and you wont always get exceptional service or food at a restaurant you have gone to for years, because there have been times when the food was not up to par and the service slow. But there is no excuse for being down right rude. Because of this incident Miguelito's has lost a very loyal customer. Not that they care. Laura Perez made that clear with her rudeness.
