DO NOT give them your card information BEFORE they have confirmed your order & given you a delivery time. Last time I tried to order the order taker took my card info & said she'd be right back with my total & the delivery time. After waiting almost five minutes she finally came back with the total & said it would be over an hour (the time is nothing new - even 30 min estimates end up taking over an hour) so I said never mind & that was that. That is until I checked my account the next day & saw that she had either charged me already or charged me anyway. I called the manager & he said this HAPPENS ALL THE TIME! he said they constantly get calls from people wondering why they were charged for cancelled orders or that they were charged twice!! He said there was nothing he could do about it & the charge should disappear in a few days - it took over a week. A better suggestion would be to not use a card ever, be it in person or delivery. Moreover, if you do decide to order for delivery, be prepared for a mind-numbing phone experience. First, you will wait on hold for so long that someone will eventually pick up not to take your order but to find out why you're holding & then put you back on hold. Eventually someone will pick up to take your order that either doesn't speak English or is too stoned to speak any language. You will then repeat the details of your order until you're blue in the face only to end up waiting well over an hour for your food to arrive either cold or flat out wrong. I've given them several chances & have waited months at a time between ordering from this place hoping conditions would eventually get better but to no avail. Maybe their service is different in person but after this charging incident I am officially & forever DONE with this location.
