If I could give this place no stats it would be an understatement. Not only does THIS location serve below average subpar food but as soon as you meet the door expect to be disrespected by skinny slopply dressed whit college drop out chicks. The hotess are the worst, the drinks a watered down and the rangers should ask them to please stop serving their fans. Fridays thank you for ruining a great game day? You suck, I hope you close like the fort worth location.

My coworker and I went in for lunch this afternoon 6/22/09. We were waited by an overweight waiter, who never told us his name. We waited for a long time before our meals finally arrived. Then the waiter came and asked my coworker how's her meal, and not even mentioned about mine. He also filled her drink, and not even bother if I needed mine to be refilled too. He was kind of ignoring me while he was very much attentive to my coworker. Very poor customer service, and I wouldn't come back for another lunch.

can't comment on the food because we did not get a chance to try it. We were going to have a beer at the bar and then eat. But, the service at the bar was so bad, we left and ate at another place. When we arrived (2 people) we sat at the bar,a long bar occupied by 2 men, each sitting alone. The bartenders (2) were at the opposite end of the bar, talking. After 2-3 minutes waiting, I walked to the end and told them we needed service. We ordered a light and an amber beer and I went to the bathroom. Upon returning, there were 2 light beers on the bar. Again, getting the bar tenders attention was a chore. 15 minutes later when we wanted a refill, I had to again walk to the end of the bar to interrupt a conversation between 3 employees. Amazing, in this economy, when places are closing every week and the competition should be tough to keep customers, the service is terrible.
