Exquisite Food in an Unlikely Place

I have taken several out of town guests to Andrea's and they always want to return. It's wedged in between a convenience store and a laundry mat on Gaston right past Fitzhugh. They serve a delicious appetizer of goat cheese and tomatoes on bread. I've ordered tilapia often and it is always white and fluffy without that gamey taste AND their salmon is always perfect...pan seared in butter. Even the vegetables are terric....colorfully and creatively placed...crispy and flavorful. Their Tiramasu is fluffy and sweet, the angel hair pasta with shrimp is also quite good. This will be the kind of place you will think of as your own because it's a gem in the rough. You can go casual but if you want to drop in dressed up that is fine. Give lunch a try...their prices are great.
