The worst service of any restaurant I have been to ever. Don t even bother to go wait in line to be mistreated by people you would not sit down next to if given a choice.

Good food, but this place is ALWAYS overcrowded.

First and foremost, this restaurant DOES accept reservations, even on busy Friday and Saturday nights (the Yahoo! info. says it doesn't). Being someone who has worked in restaurants for almost 7 years and has been a server for over 3 of them, let me say, this is the BEST restaurant I've been to in regards to the entire dining experience. The service is the best I've ever had, the food is exceptionally good and always hot and fresh. The atmosphere always seems to suit the occasion, whether it be a romantic date or out with friends or a business-oriented lunch. The staff is very personable and nice, and every server I've had has had a great sense of humor and lets themselves have fun with their customers instead of being real uptight or unfriendly. They all try to get on your level and make you feel comfortable there, which is something that can be challenging sometimes. So PROPS to them. Absolutely fantastic servers to request- Robert, Andrea, or Kelly (Kelly's a guy, btw).

this is a restaurant chain, need I say more? not authentic Chinese food

I work at PF Changs and have for a year and half and my boyfriend has worked there for 3. We love the food and everything about the company! I just wanted to clarify that Pf Changs does take reservations (unlike what it says on this page) so if you make one you won't have to wait the 1-2 hr wait we get on the weekends! PS. anyone who thinks hole in the wall chinese food places are just silly I've at least never been to one that I thought was better and I love chinese food. So what if it is a chain they don't reat their employees of their guests like they are.

You can get better chinese food at any hole in the wall joint just without the atmosphere.

OVERRATED: I have been here a few times for get togethers but can honestly say that I would never go on my own. The wait is ridiculously long for subpar food. Having some Chinese roots, I know what such food should taste like. I assure that the food here is nothing like the real deal. You are better off finding a hole-in-the-wall type of place where the wait, prices, and quality of food is vastly superior. I will say that they do have a lamb dish with mint that is damn good!

We LOVE P.F. Changs food! The shrimp with candied walnuts is excellent, as well as the wonton soup. However, this is not the restaurant to go to for an intimate atmosphere. Very family oriented and usually pretty crowded. We always go to the one in North Park mall.. which explains the so-so ambience.

Great food all around, service has been most every time we go, even a lunch when most places throw service out the door to push more people in. Never a bad dish.

Doesn't even compare to east or west coast takeout chinese joints.
