Chubby's Family Restaurant, Dallas

This was our first visit to Chubby's on Northwest Highway and it was fantastic. Our servers name was Evelyn and the service was outstanding and prompt, giving us plenty of time to eat lunch and have dessert. The food was delicious and I highly recommend the chocolate cream pie. Will definitely be going back for lunch.

I have been eating at Chubby's on Northwest Hwy. now in three different locations. The food is almost always as good as can be expected. Their special menu for each day usually has a good selection of alternatives to their regular menu as regular menus rarely change. The staff is great. They know me when I walk in the door and I am treated royally. Great place to eat at a really good price.

Best Chicken Fried Steak in Dallas I Guarantee. I would suggest making one of the sides a fried corn on the cob. Get the Texas Size for a dollar more and you can have a great lunch the next day. Take a piece of Hershey's chocolate cake home you will not regret it. A lot of the customers are seniors and that is just fine with me. The Northwest Hwy location is the best.

This review is for the Lancaster location that the Chubby's owners seem to repeatedly ignore. The waitresses at the Lancaster location are the very best. The food is excellent altho the owners have elected to give this location an abreviated menu compared to the other locations. Come on people...give your faithfuly customers in Lancaster, Red Oak, Waxahachie and DeSoto a break. You have given us the best waitresses in the chain...now give us the full menu of the chain.

yeah its good, if youre a senior cityzen. Food has no taste, everything comes out soggy specialy the hamburger bunns. roaches on youre salad is always a good thing i guess! it gives it taste, the best thing they have is the tap water over ice, hahaha. But other than that its dam good.

This is where I go for breakfast if I'm eating out. Also, try the gyro for lunch... delicious

I have eaten at chubby's for years and I think the food service and atmosphere is better than ever.I recently took a friend for her birthday and she absolutely loved it.She got the gyro platter and I got of course the chicken fried steak.Awesome as always.Service was great! Give it a try.They have great enchiladas also!

The food is great, the staff is attentive, and the desserts are out-of-this world! We love eating at Chubby's - breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just dessert!

Great food! I like this place, they have the best breakfast around the area. It is owned by this fat greek guy (hence the name Chubby's) and almost every time we go to eat there, which is at least once a week, he and some of his buddies are in there eating and talking in Greek. It makes for a interesting experience. Their Gyro Dinner is to die for!! And to make it even better it is totally affordable.
