The sushi chef looks for fish that have their season. They're not listed on the menu so look elsewhere in the resturant for a list or ask the master. He had a short seasoned mackerel tonight that knocked my socks off. Frickin good! Fresh fresh fresh. If u like sushi u'll like this spot.
Love this place. I have traveled to Tokyo three times and have spent several weeks in Japan. This clearly does not make me an expert but I think I know a little bit about the quality of sushi. This place offers great sushi and tempura for the best price in Dallas. Check it out.
This is a GREAT restaurant. It is NOT the same incarnation of Sumo Sushi. It is in the place left by Royal Tokyo. Mr Lee, the owner, hired a Japanese master sushi chef, who is excellent. Try the dragonfly roll. Yummy miso and edemame, great nigiri too. I've never had a bad piece of sushi here! Not pretentious like Blue Fish, nice atmosphere.
