I myself can't complain about their food but I will complain about the apathetic employees working there. They are the most sour gloomiest people. geeeeeez I give my two young boys over $5.00 in nickels and dimes and told them to go up to the cashier and get some dollar bills and some quarters, to play some games. Guess what they come back with? a dollar each. I asked my boys was that all the money she gave you? They said yes. I was in a rolling boil of anger but I said nothing because I would have lost it in there, if I did encounter her. But I realize it's a southern dallas disease. it's hard to be whitey in these parts, nowadays.
Food is pretty good but the drive thru SUCKS!!! They leave out part of my order and give me the wrong order. Burns me up when they screw-up my drive thru orders. This has happen to me several times. Your drive thru SUCKS!!!
This used to be a great place for drive through BBQ. However, the quality and service has deteriorated within the last year. But, I can say that about many of the restaurants in the DeSoto, Duncanville, and Southern sector Dallas County. Last night we purchased a meal for 2 consisting of one half pound of ribs, a pint of bbq beans, a half pint of potato salad, and dinner rolls. In addition, we asked for and received pickles, onions, jalapenos, and sweet relish. All the condiments were dumped into 1 Styrofoam container. Half of the ribs were burnt and the other portion was not done. The beans were fresh out of the can and cold. Also, the potatoes in the potato salad were too hard and the salad was salty.
I complained to management to no avail!
This place has awesome BarBQue. The sauce is great, and there are lots of choices. Prices are not bad at all. Also, if you don't like BarBQue, they have great burgers! The burgers are actually my fave. They are huge, and you can get a basket with fries for only about 5 bucks. Much better than fast food, not much more in price. Where can you go wrong?
