This has been my favorite restaurant for years for a litany of excellent reasons: food, atmosphere, staff. The spinach and wild mushroom enchiladas with sourcream sauce will change your life! The tableside guacamole, to DIE for; the Blue Margarita's, hello Happy Hour! Each of the locations has it's own unique but distinctly-Blue Mesa ambiance; the Sunday Brunch is magnificent and can not be beaten! The jalapeno relish and sweet potato chips (which can tend to get soft very rapidly after cooking due solely to their high natural-sugar content) are delicious and will definitely leave you wanting more. No other restaurant has the selection of fine, international tequilas, and the staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. I wish I could give this place ten stars!!!!!
