Records is OK, but nothing compared to Cousins on McCart in Fort Worth.

try the east texas hot links they look and have the texture of rottweiler turds. the ribs are good. they are open late. them ladies that work in there are fine as frog hair. except the big one

The barbecue is good and the staff is very friendly. I can recommend the small/short-end ribs; they are very tasty and tender - just the right amount of smoke. If you like gristle with your pork, go with the regular ribs. The sliced beef is tender and has that wonderful Records flavor too. They offer plenty of dessert and my favorite is the home style peach cobbler - plenty of sweet flaky crust! Just ask anyone at Trinity Home Health in Oak Cliff who has eaten here and they will tell you that Records Barbecue is setting the Record for good BarB-Q!!!

I grow right down the street from Records and let me tell you. This Q is the best!!! I always claim to cook the best BBQ in my family, but compared to Records; you can't touch it. They have been there for YEARS and I'm sure they will be there forever more.

Records has been around for a long time because of the quality of food. It's good eating and good service. If you try it you will definitely like it.
