When my mom or sister visits from out of town it is the first stop we make when getting off the plane. HLS is the best seafood restaurant in Dallas, Texas. I have been hooked since the first time I tried it. I hate when people offer me other fish joints and I quickly tell them I am loyal to one fishfix. NEVA CHANGE THE MENU! They should branch out though.

This place is one of the best places i have enjoyed seafood. The meals are superb and the atmosphere is full of life. One of the best places for the true seafood lover. A must to visit when in Dallas. Con: Just wish the place was bigger can be a bit cramp during peak times.

OMG!! I have fallen in love with this place! Me and my friend just found this place by just riding down Lemmon Ave and we decided to stop and check it out. I food is soooooo gooood! I had the fried shrimps and the shrimp poboy. I have never taste shrimps this good in my life! My friend had the fried catfish and she loved it. My first time going was last Wed and I have gone back three times since then. People you have to try this place, you get your money worth here I tell yeah!

If you like fish, you should go here. I dont personally like fish, but go with friends! I always get the burger, which is pretty tasty! The atmosphere is wonderful!

OMG! Yum! When I first saw the place with trolling motors lining the patio, I thought, "Oh, brother, another Long John Silver's". But wow! I had the shrimp skewers and mexican shrimp cocktail. The skewers w/rice were extremely flavorful and the portion was *HUGE*. The mexican shrimp cocktail was better than any I have had at a mexican food establishment. My partner got the fried shrimp and they used a light cornmeal batter that made it amazing. I normally don't like fried seafood, I think it ruins it, but this was really good! I think I'll take my family here for my birthday!

Great place for fried fish! If you're thinking about going for lunch, get there early because this place fills up fast!

Nice little place with good food at a reasonable price. Oh, and they have the cutest little Bumpy Brown strolling around the neighborhood--must be new to town.

The food is great and at a reasonable price. I reccomend to everyone who loves seafood to go to this causual resturant.

Great simply prepared fish and seafood in an inviting, casual and friendly atmosphere! The oysters on the half-shell are fresh and served with the right condiments.

I go there for 3-4 times a week on my lunchbreak. I love the fried oysters and gumbo.
