Texas Land & Cattle Steak House, Dallas

Me and my prom group went to TXLC before our prom a couple of saturdays ago. WORST DECISION EVER. Omg. Prom started at 7 so we had reservations at 630. We even called in advance (about a week before) and placed our order so itd be ready when we got there. NOPE. When we got there, we were asked to wait 20 MINUTES to be seated. What was the point f reservations? Then when we were finally seated the waiter took 25 more minutes to get our meal. He didnt even know what our order was until i showed him the email i sent a week before with all the orders. WTF. So we thought we would be there for only about 45 minutes and we ended up wasting an hour and a half! If you are planning to go here b4 prom, DO NOT. Actually dont come here if you want to be on time at ALL! BAAAD CHOICE. I am very disappointed TXLC, very dissappointed! And the food wasnt good and they messed up my GF's order! DO NOT make the same mistake me and my friends did...

I must say that I enjoyed the food and tha atmosphere at Texas Land and Cattle. The service could have been a little better.

Food is always consistent, whether is be the smoked sirloin or salmon with the garlic mashed potatoes. Nice atmosphere with attentive service, but sometimes gets a little noisy to carry on a conversation.

There was nothing to dislike about our dining. Food,service and price for what you get is outstanding

Third time. Will never come back. Rate steak as a 5 out of 10. Better steak at good eats for $5 less. The absolutely worst caesar salad i have ever had served to me any where. Service was good but you can t overcome a bad product

good steaks not the best seasonings. sometimes they can lack in taste.

My wife and I flew in from Central America. We were told TLC was the place to go. Food was over priced but pretty good.Salad,bread,and a small sirloin about $17.00. Drinks were fairly priced until I asked for a glass of house red. The glass was half full of just O.K. red wine. When we got the bill I thought that $9.00 was a bit much for half a glass of house red. When I questioned the girl she said they really didn't have house wines and she had given me the least expensive cab. they had. I looked at the menu on the way out. It was the most expensive. I won't go back to your place ever again.

and 3 of the times the steak was luke warm on one occassion the bbq shrimp was not cooked at all. Salads are good though.

Even better food than the service. We eat there twice a week and love it. Never a complaint
