I went there for the first time to celebrate my boyfriends bday. From the moment we walked in we were given vip service. Once we were seated a gaucho came to our table to explain the concept of the restaurant and how it worked. We were taken care of like vip from begining to end of our dining. We went to the churrasqueria in Dallas and I have to say that Cash took exceptional care of us. Since it was my boyfriends bday they even gave him his dessert for free. Great salad bar and exceptional tasty meats. Would defenitely recommend the place and we would defenitley go again.
Went here with two friends tonight. The salad bar was great, but we did not spend a whole lot of time there as it is mostly filler foods. However, I do recommend the goat cheese.
The service was great, and I cannot complain about it. There is a large variety to choose from, and the servers are always prompt.
The meats, on the other hand, leave something to be desired. While there are several to choose from, all of them taste like they were soaked in brine. This is interesting as I have heard many complaints regarding the saltiness of the meats. My friends and I thought about this, and we decided that the purpose of this is to curb your consumption of meat. Nothing is ever without an underhanded trick.
All in all, its overpriced at $50 per person.
The noise was physically painful. The minute I opened the door I was assaulted by a wall of sound. Everyone around me was yelling to be heard over the din and I frankly could not converse with anyone since I refuse to shout at social functions. Although the salad bar was nice and the meat tasty, I will never go back unless the restaurant lowers the music volume...Also the ambience of the ladies bathroom was forgettable. I don't know how much dinner costs but we had over a hundred guests. They all complained about the noise. Good food, yes, but dreadful social atmosphere.
I have never been to a restaurant like this before and I found it a wonderful experience. The ambience was perfect for the type of food that was served. I recommend everyone to try this place once and I promise you won't be disappointed. The waiters are very friendly and the food is most excellent, but make sure you save room for dessert because they are one of a kind.
Wonderful EVERYTHING!!! Going back for my birthday. Pricey though--but worth it occasionally for a very delightful splurge. Waitress was wonderful and helpful. Gauchos came around very fast. Meat was out fo this world. The salad bar was mond boggling.
THE FOOD IS OUTSTANDING. I DON'T KNOW WHICH I ENJOYED MORE THE MEATS OR THE WONDERFUL SALAD BAR. YOU MUST GO THERE HUNGRY AND HAVE A LOT OF TIME BECAUSE IT IS ALL YOU CAN EAT AND THE FOOD IS SO GOOD THAT YOU WILL TRY TO HAVE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. OVER ALL IT'S A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
My wife and I went here recently for lunch....they only serve lunch on FR now...it was $20 for meat & salad...or $13 for salad only...the meat was fine...not bad, but I spent most of the time waiting for servers to come around...I guess that the ambience was less desirable than the food, however...it just was not a 'nice' place to eat...you can spend $20/ lunch or $40/ dinner at a much better steakhouse than this....try Nick & Sam's, Perry's, or even Truluck's for seafood...
