Had a horrible experience tonight at the Denny s in Seagoville, TX. We went in and were seated in a booth near the hostess station. We sat there for over 20 minutes and we never even received a glass of water. After waiting another 10 minutes we finally got up and went to IHOP. I was really looking forward to the chicken noodle soup they serve there. I m 55 years old and it s very upsetting to be ignored by a waiter. They were so busy talking to themselves and the cooks they didn t have time for us. I m going to visit the Denny s in Mesquite, TX. Maybe I ll have better luck because I love Denny s chicken noodle soup.
We are traveling home from Dallas and stopped here for breakfast. Do not stop here - keep driving!!! The restaurant is dingy and appears unclean, but we were hungry and decided to stay anyway. We sat in a booth adjacent to the kitchen. During our meal two roaches crawled along our booth wall. We promptly asked for our ticket to leave trying to keep down the food already eaten. On our way out our children pointed out two more roaches on the floor! DISGUSTING!!!!!
I have been going to this particular Dennys for over two years now. All of the staff have become like family to me, they are the most friendly and hardworking people I have ever met. The food is always delicious, I have never once had a bad experience. Virginia is the new night manager, she is a gem and Renee is great too. If you want to go to a place with good food and one of a kind service, Dennys of Seagoville is the place to go.
Best food, big portions, great service and friendly waitresses and managers. My 80 yr old Mama loves the coconut pie there. It is like those old time family cafes where everyone greets you like family. I love this place and all the people that work there.
Love this place. As far as the restaurant itself, pretty much what you'd expect. But whenever I'm there the servers are very friendly. Unlike the average ones nowadays who don't even look at you when they talk to you.
